We aim to get them to you within 3-4 days, however in some cases it can take up to 7 working days.

Do you have a returns policy?
If your order is damaged, we'll replace it, no need to return anything. If you're feeling guilty about your purchase and don't want to see such a large bag of sweets ever again, ping us a message and let's have a chat.
Best before dates?
Best before dates reccomend 1-2 years however we advise 6 months as standard.
What if I've got a food allergy?
Every Item is labeled in our description section. Please see our Allergy & Dietary information page for full details on every product.
Please be aware that due to the large variety of sweets we handle, we are unable to guarantee that our bags are completely free of all allergens.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to arrive.
Tracking numbers will be updated after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days please email us at email@example.com.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order providing you cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please then there is nothing we can do.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
